STUDENTS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Free Trial and Enrollment

  • Students may begin with free trial classes.

  • After completing the trial, students must confirm whether they wish to continue.

  • Once enrolled, monthly fees are payable in advance, during the last week of the current month, for the upcoming month.

2. Payments

  • Fees must be paid on time. If fees are not received by the due date, classes may be paused.

  • If payment is overdue for more than 7 days without a valid reason, classes may be stopped.

  • Fees are non-transferable and non-refundable, except where required by law.

3. Attendance and Leaves

  • Students are expected to attend classes regularly and on time.

  • If you are unable to attend a class, please inform your teacher at least 6 hours in advance to request a makeup class (subject to teacher availability).

  • Missed classes without prior notice will be marked as absent and no makeup will be arranged.

  • Extended leaves of more than 5 days cannot be compensated with makeup classes.

  • If a student remains absent for more than 2 weeks without notice, enrollment may be cancelled without refund.

4. Teacher and Class Scheduling

  • Quranliveclass.com reserves the right to change teachers if necessary for quality and scheduling purposes.

  • If a teacher resigns or is replaced, a new teacher will be assigned. Students are not permitted to maintain personal contact with former teachers.

  • If you wish to reserve your current teacher’s time slot during a break/leave, regular fees may still apply to hold that slot.

5. Student Conduct

  • Students are expected to maintain respect, good manners, and discipline during classes.

  • Sharing of personal contact details (phone numbers, email, address, or payment information) with teachers is strictly prohibited.

  • Quranliveclass.com will not be responsible for any issues arising from sharing personal details outside our platform.

6. Public Holidays

  • Eid holidays (two occasions per year) are observed as paid holidays. No refunds or makeup classes are provided for these days.

​

7. Policy Updates

  • Quranliveclass.com may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on the website.

  • By continuing enrollment, students accept the latest Terms & Conditions.
