REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
At Quranliveclass.com, we are committed to providing high-quality Qur’an education online. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which students or parents may cancel classes and request refunds.
1. Free Trial Classes
-
A free trial lesson is offered to all new students before enrollment.
-
Since a trial is provided, we encourage you to make an informed decision before purchasing a paid plan.
2. Student Cancellations
-
Students/parents must inform us at least 12 hours in advance if a class needs to be cancelled.
-
Cancelled classes can be rescheduled depending on teacher availability.
-
Repeated last-minute cancellations or frequent no-shows may result in loss of that session without refund.
3. Teacher/Platform Cancellations
-
If a teacher is unable to conduct a class due to emergencies, illness, or technical issues, the class will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
-
In rare cases where a replacement or reschedule is not possible, the missed session may be credited or refunded.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds may be granted in the following cases:
-
If technical issues on our side prevent classes from being delivered.
-
If you cancel your enrollment before classes begin (full refund).
-
If valid reasons (e.g., medical, relocation) are provided and approved by management.
Refunds will not be granted for:
-
Missed classes due to student absence without notice.
-
Change of mind after classes have started.
-
Internet/device issues on the student’s side.
-
Non-refundable registration or administrative fees (if applicable).
